Seton House provides safe, fully furnished apartments and supportive services to help parents and children rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Together, we’ll continue our mission of providing stability, hope and resources to those most in need.

Unaccompanied Students Initiative’s (USI) mission is to provide safe & stable housing, and to develop support systems for high school students, ages 16-20, experiencing homelessness.
Seton House supplies fully furnished apartments and a nurturing environment to single‑parent families experiencing homelessness. Through 22 on‑site units and a robust support network, parents and children receive the stability they need to rebuild their lives
Participants take part in personal‑development programs that focus on goal‑setting, job readiness, résumé building and life‑skills training. Weekly coaching sessions guide parents along a path to self‑sufficiency and long‑term stability.
In addition to housing, Seton House offers after‑school tutoring, parenting classes, and family‑oriented activities. Wrap‑around services help children thrive academically and emotionally while providing parents with resources to break cycles of poverty, violence and addiction.
The ultimate goal is to help families regain independence. Residents work through structured programs that cover basic needs, foster independence and empower them to create a lasting foundation for their children’s future.
